On the 7th until the 9th of May the annual ASUG & SAPPHIRE NOW conference will take place at the Orange Country Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, Florida. Tim Lynen, director at axl & trax will be there to speak about a SAP HANA Security implementation at Nexperia.

The session with Tim and Nexperia will take place on thursday (May 9th) at 3:00 pm until 3:40pm, together with Raymond De Ruiter of Nexperia B.V.

Abstract: "When the Nexperia semiconductor company implemented the SAP BW/4HANA solution, it did not have a proper security strategy in place to grant controlled data access to business warehouse users connecting directly on SAP HANA. Nexperia and SAP teams jointly designed a security concept, including a state-of-the-art authorization concept, together with best practices for security on SAP HANA.

SAPPHIRE NOW and the ASUG Annual Conference are hosted by both SAP and ASUG.
